What does shipping cost?
Delivery is a flat $5.25 per order, waived once the basket passes $35. You see the figure before paying.
Where do you ship to?
Only within the United States. There is no international service at present.
How long until my order is sent?
Packing usually takes a working day, sometimes two. Delivery time on top of that depends on where you are.
What payment methods can I use?
The available method is Cash on delivery. We do not take anything beyond that today.
Can I return something?
Returns are open for 30 days after delivery on unused, repackaged items. Contact [email protected] first.
Who pays return postage?
Your cost if you have changed your mind, ours if the item was faulty or incorrect. No restocking fee is applied.
Can I cancel after ordering?
No charge to cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, treat it as a return inside 30 days.
