Shipping Policy

Orders placed with Bang Luck Market leave our Los Angeles location; here is what you pay for delivery and how the timing works out.

What delivery costs

We charge $5.25 for standard shipping. That charge disappears automatically once the basket passes $35 — there is no code to enter.

How quickly orders leave

Most orders are dispatched within one working day. Delivery time after that is the carrier's, and varies with distance and service level.

Where we ship

We deliver across the United States. Addresses beyond the US cannot be served at present.

If something goes wrong

Damage or a delivery that never appears is our problem to solve. Write to [email protected] with the order number and we will take it from there.
